Is copywriting included in the Launch Site?
Yes. The words are written from your intake call and your materials. You review and approve them. You never start from a blank page.
What starts the delivery clock?
Your inputs. For a Launch Site that is the intake call plus logo, photos, and business details. Day one is the next business day after they are in, and the quote states the delivery date.
How many revisions are included?
One consolidated round on every package. Gather feedback from everyone on your side and send it once. Most projects finish there. Further rounds are quoted before we do them, usually at $150 per round for copy and visuals.
Do you host the site?
No. Your site lives on hosting and a domain you own, so you are never locked in. We recommend a plan, set it up in your name, and hand over the logins. Hosting fees are paid by you to the provider.
What do I get at handoff?
For sites: the live site on your domain, source files, hosting and domain logins, and a one-page guide to editing text and photos. For copy and briefs: editable documents. For visuals: a folder of files named by channel and size.
What happens after handoff?
Anything broken at handoff is fixed free for 14 days. Content changes are covered by Site Care at $150 per month, or quoted one at a time. There is no monitoring or emergency support, and none is required to keep a static site running.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes. Drafting, research, code, and image and video generation use AI-assisted tools. Every deliverable is reviewed, edited, and checked by Cory Short before it reaches you. If your project must be produced without AI tools, say so and we will tell you plainly whether we can do it.
How does payment work?
50% deposit to reserve a slot, balance on handoff. Quotes are valid for 14 days. Minimum engagement is $300.
Who owns the work?
You do, once the final invoice is paid. We may describe the work in anonymized form. We never show your name or brand without written permission.
Why are slots limited?
Every project is produced and reviewed by one person. We take 4 site builds per month so each one ships on its date.
What do you not do?
Online stores, booking engines, customer logins, chatbots, ad management, social posting, and anything that needs us to hold your passwords long term. If your project is close to one of our packages, ask anyway.
What if I only have a rough idea?
Send it. Reply comes within one business day with a package suggestion or a couple of questions. No call required unless you want one.
